Return and Refund Policy
How long do I have to process a return?
- Please contact us should you want to process a return within 14 days upon receipt of the order. Returns beyond 14 days of receipt will not be accepted.
- Games and puzzles must be in the original packaging.
- Returns (free of defect/error): You are welcome to return your new, unworn/unwashed item for a refund. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment, and do NOT include the original shipping charge. Your refund is not subject to processing fees.
- We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and traceable mail service.
- Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, we will credit your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 2–10 business days for the credit to post to your bank or credit card account.
- If you would like to make a return please reach out to our support team at email@example.com and include your Name and order number.
- Please be sure to consult the size chart (available on the t-shirt product pages for convenience) before purchasing to ensure that your item will fit correctly.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
- We will do our best to work with you to resolve any problems or concerns with your order. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 14 days from date of delivery. Please include photos of the item.
- Items will only be eligible for a replacement if they fall into one of the following categories: incorrect item, damaged in transit.
- Return shipping is covered on damaged or incorrect orders.
- If we are not contacted within this 14-day time frame, a refund or replacement may not be issued.
My order shows “Delivered”, but it never arrived?
- Occasionally the carrier will pre-mark a package as delivered once it has been loaded onto a truck for delivery in certain zip codes. We ask that you wait at least 24 hours after the package is marked delivered to see if it arrives. Be sure to check with your neighbors, housemates, or family members, to see if they received the package by mistake or on your behalf!
- If the package does not turn up, please first contact the carrier (displayed in your shipment email) to see if they have any information.
- If you still need assistance please reach out to our support team within 14 days of the order being marked “Delivered” so they can contact our shipping partner on your behalf.
